My daughter's wedding and reception were held here. Other family members stayed on site, but my husband and I have a dog and dogs are not allowed to stay, so we traveled from another location. My opinion of the rooms is simply from an informal tour by my daughter, not from experience in having stayed in one. The rooms seemed OK, not spectacular. The bunkhouse with horse farm themed stall bedrooms is cute, but I am not sure how comfortable they were. The suite was nice for the bride to be, and also for attendants as they got ready for the wedding. The kitchen is awesome! Plenty of space for people to prep and not be in another's way, plus a built-in grill outside. Kitchen seats are attached by a swivel, so no chairs out of place. Plenty of seating outside by the pool. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool with water slide. There is a playset for younger kids. There is also indoor volleyball and ping pong in a separate building. The field was fine for the wedding and reception, but be aware that the ground is rough and uneven. I removed my shoes to walk from the main building to the wedding and to the reception, but most chose to leave them on and didn't appear to have difficulty walking. The remoteness of the location makes for a peaceful, secluded experience, and the view of the mountainscis beautiful.

Don’t even know where to begin. We booked this place for a corporate event because there was a big conference at the convention center in St George. We got this place so that people attending the conference from out of town could have a place to come and hang out during the evening and network. It was such a success! Everyone was so amazed by the house and the property and the location. We used one of their suggested catering companies and they came and set up a street taco bar that was an absolute hit. The house was huge and had so much to entertain everyone… pool, lake, paddle boards, indoor soccer/volleyball, ping pong, sauna, theatre room, hot tub and more. They said that they do a lot of weddings there and I can see why. It’s super close to Zion National Park and the scenery is beautiful. They were super accommodating and very easy to work with. Huge shout out to Mike and Andrea who were super helpful for our experience. Worth every penny, will definitely come here again!

We held our daughters wedding at Red Rock Zion and what a nice facility with amenities they have. Good communication and nearly everything you need is there for your stay. It is very clean and works great to have family and everyone under one roof to spend more time together. We only had a few minor things and they attended to them as needed. Thanks for a great venue and lasting memories!

We did this trip with a bunch of families with kids so the main purpose was for the kids to have a blast, which they did. Here is the good and the bad: - Awesome location and property! located by a river so we could go do some "polar plunges". Pond in the front that the kids loved and played in all the time. The pond has a trampoline and kayaks and paddle boards to use. Beautiful backdrop in the backyard. - The kids loved the pond the best. They had a blast in the indoor soccer room playing all sorts of games. They had fun in the theater room and the bunk house. Also had fun in the hot tub and just playing in the backyard. We went up to the labyrinth one of the nights with the kids and they thought that was fun too. - The vendors were AMAZING. We had Rebecca come to the house for massages and all of us said it was one of the best massages we have had. Our last day we had Funtime Inflatables and God Bless Pupusas come. The kids had a blast this day. We had a rock climbing wall, meltdown (where you stand on a small platform and dodge a high bar and a low bar that spins around), and an obstacle course. It fit perfect in the backyard on the dirt and the kids played on all of those all day. The 3 guys that came with the inflatables were AWESOME! Very helpful with all the kids and were fun to have around. The pupusas and crepes were DELICIOUS. It was a very fair price and the food was really good. They set everything up so it was simple to just come up and grab whatever flavor you wanted along with a crepe for dessert. I would highly recommend a day like this where you just chill at the house and let the kids run free. Now for the bad: - The #1 thing that left a bitter taste for all of us was that we booked this house on a Black Friday "deal". We booked 3 nights and got a 4th night free. I then went on the website a couple of months later and went to book 4 nights with their regular pricing the week before we were going to be there and it was about $5,000 cheaper than our "deal" that we got. The frustrating part was when I called up to talk to them and explain the situation and was confused how we were paying so much more with a free night. The lady I talked to must have been having a bad day, she was very unprofessional and was basically just saying "too bad, it is what it is" and just kept talking over me. Not the best customer service. I've dealt with these situations before and every time the company will work something out to keep the customer happy. This was the exact opposite. So DO NOT book when they are having "deals" - This place is OVERPRICED. Like I said, there is a lot of good with this place and the point was for the kids to have fun and they did. But for how much they are charging, they definitely need to do some updates to the home. The hot tub was nasty after the first night, seems like an old hot tub (but kids don't care). The theater room stinks really bad (again kids don't care, but no adult spent time in there). The adults were excited for the sauna, but the sauna does not work. Tiny heater and not built great, it was just like sitting in a warm room. A lot of the bunks in the house and bunk house didn't have railings on them. Pretty dangerous for kids sleeping up top. This is a must to have some railings on bunks. - Not the best layout for a house when you are staying with 6-7 families. There are plenty of places to sleep, but the bathroom situation is pretty bad. There are only 2 rooms that have their own bathroom! Every other room/family had to share a bathroom with another family. Overall: we had a blast and enjoyed it. the overall experience was positive. It's a shame we had such a bad experience with the management company on the pricing and their lack of customer service skills. Still give it 4 stars because we had a great time. Probably wouldn't go back unless pricing was different or house was upgraded to match the price being charged.

The property had a lot of great activities on site, such as pool, pond with kayaks and paddle boards, game rooms, hot tub and home theater. Family had a fun time overall. A bit pricey but that price does come with great views and fun things to do. It is a bit of a drive to a lot of things or places but that separation is also nice because you're not cramped like other tourist spots.

We stayed here for our wedding and it was such an awesome experience. Weather was so nice in late September. When we first got there we were in awe of how beautiful the home and property was. Andrea from the beginning was so helpful, welcoming and answered all my questions. The rest of team was so great like Jason and Mike as they helped set up the venue. The website is super informative and easy to navigate. The pool and play room were a HIT for the kiddos. The master bedroom is stunnnning and really the whole property is so beautiful. I could definitely see us coming back for family reunions, etc.
